With the advent of technology, we have become more and more connected with the rest of the world via our PCs. We can use e-mail messaging applications to send and receive messages, photos, and a variety of things as attachments. We can use the Internet to read the breaking news, solve crosswords, and even learn new things. We can also use instant messaging applications to call friends, family, and even total strangers. We can always know what is happening across the world in an instant and can even connect with people hundreds and thousands of miles away.
